OUR OFFERING
The Sponsorship Team shapes GIG’s external profile, bringing the finance industry to St Andrews and opening doors for our members within it. We host speaker events where industry professionals travel to St Andrews to share their experience, and we work with corporate partners who join us to speak and support our students. Both offer members practical career insight and the chance to build lasting relationships with professionals from across the industry.
We also coordinate GIG’s alumni network, engaging former members who return to St Andrews for events, give talks of their own, and help fund the Society’s investment fund. Each year, we organise the London trip, giving members first-hand exposure to the financial world through opportunities to engage with professionals both in the office as well as recreational setting.
